Table Names

If you're going to be using escort cards then you will be needing table numbers. Instead of using the usual numbers to distinguish your tables, consider naming them. If you're a couple who likes to travel, you can use the names of places you've visited together; like your first vacation or the place he proposed. For a military wedding, try names like "Battle Hymn Of The Republic" or movie titles like "Platoon" or "Saving Private Ryan". If you're a wine enthusiast use names like Merlot and Cabernet. If your theme is eco-chic, your table names can be different types of trees, flowers or insects. We used song titles for a wedding we did in the fall. The meal was served buffet style, so to avoid long lines we told the guests to listen out for the song their table was named after. What ever you name your tables make it fun and tie it into your decor.
